What happens after I’ve placed my order?

 

Your order will be moved to the processing status! 

 

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes (7 business days excluding holidays) for us to make the item to be personalized and does not include the amount of time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left Taylors: During busy seasons or holidays these items can take up to an extra week due to the volume of orders. Please email or call with any questions or concerns.

 

Please keep in mind that once your personalized order moves into the processing phase we will be unable to make changes to your order. 

 

How are products delivered to me?

 

Most orders will be shipped by USPS:  We will send you a tracking number when your order ships!

 

 

 What is your refund or exchange policy?

 

All customized products from U Name It Monograms are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts unless product is defective. Please contact us by phone or email and we'll gladly work with you to resolve this. All items not monogrammed can be returned for full refund.
